Virtual 1:1 Training

Embody your truest strength & sense of self.

A 6-month private mentorship with bi-weekly zoom sessions, designed to witness you in your fullness, and personally guide and honor where you are at in life. 

With personalized guidance, structure, training, and support, I tailor sessions to reflect the needs of your body, mind, heart, and spirit. It’s your time. Whether you want to focus purely on the body, or are seeking more reflection, witness, and heart share.

  • These sessions are held twice a month for a solid 2 hour chunk. A time to fully drop in and allow the space to be filled with whatever is needing to come to light, be touched, worked through, or simply witnessed. Opening with a sincere drop in, anything that is yearning to bubble out and be spoken to is invited here. We will work together to find practices that will best support you with all that you are holding and practice together.

  • Will work together to find the best practices and frequency of practice to help commit to the path towards your goals

  • Our 1 on 1 sessions have the option to be recorded to offer you a resource to come back to. To hear oneself speak, to revisit our conversations, and/or review our practice together. These can be downloaded for you to keep in your personal inventory.

  • For the six months we practice & grow together, your mentorship grants you access to a full membership of Your Pet Body. Where you can access the full Pre Recorded Library, Connect with our YPB community through an open forum or journal prompting, join any of the live classes or discourses, and access to all additional resources within the Membership.

  • During our time together, I extend my heart and attention to you. You are welcome to reach out to me via whatsapp, voicenote, video chat or email. I am here for you and you are not alone. As life integrates the lessons and medicine in waves, it is important to me to be there for you when you need it, not just when we have a scheduled session.

My work lives in the space where opposites meet, where strength and softness, play and devotion, structure and intuition all belong. Because the truth is, nothing in us exists in isolation.

The body, the mind, the environment, our experiences are always in conversation.

Over the years, I’ve explored movement, mental health, and human development through many lenses — from athletics and dance to somatics, yoga, and functional training. Not to master one thing, but to understand how everything connects. Because when we give ourselves permission to explore, something shifts inside of us.
